Service Repairs Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Warranty
1.1. Synergy Services Group warrants that all repair services performed on fencing and color bond installations are free from defects in workmanship for a period of [6/12] months from the date of completion.
1.2. This warranty covers labor and workmanship only and does not extend to materials used in the original installation.
2. Warranty Coverage
2.1. During the warranty period, the Synergy Services Group will repair, at its discretion, any defects in workmanship that arise from normal use and conditions.
2.2. Repairs will be carried out at no additional cost to the customer, provided that the defect is within the scope of this warranty.
3. Exclusions
3.1. This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:
a) Misuse, abuse, or neglect of the fencing or color bond installation.
b) Acts of nature, including but not limited to, storms, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
c) Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the installation performed by parties other than the Company.
d) Failure to properly maintain the fencing or color bond installation according to the Company’s recommendations.
4. Claim Process
4.1. To make a claim under this warranty, the customer must notify the Company in writing within a reasonable time of discovering the defect.
4.2. The customer must provide proof of purchase and allow the Company reasonable access to inspect and carry out repairs.
4.3. Repairs will be scheduled at the earliest convenience of both parties, subject to availability of materials and personnel.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair of defective workmanship as described herein.
5.2. In no event shall the Company be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the breach of this warranty.
6. Transferability
6.1. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the fencing or color bond installation.
7. Governing Law
7.1. This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Entire Agreement
8.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the warranty for service repairs and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
